1. Eligibility Window: You may return most items within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging (with all tags attached).
3. Documentation: Please provide the original invoice or proof of purchase along with your return request.

Note: Exchanges are currently not offered. If you wish to return an item and order something else, please initiate a return for a refund (subject to the terms below) and place a new order for the product you want.

1. Refund Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date.

   • If the original payment was made via online banking (credit/debit card, net banking, digital wallets, etc.), refunds will be processed through our payment partner.
   • Typically, you can expect the refund to be processed within 10–12 working days after the return has been approved.

1. Shipping and Handling Fees: Depending on the reason for your return (e.g., change of mind, incorrect address), you may be responsible for covering shipping costs.
2. Cancellation Charges: If you decide to cancel your order before shipment, we may charge a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs, depending on the order status.
3. Delivery Fees: In the event of a return or refund, any initial or subsequent delivery fees (where applicable) might not be refunded, subject to our discretion based on product type and circumstances.

4. No Exchange Policy

DHAAGA HOME does not currently offer product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund (subject to this policy) and place a new order.
